Return Policy/Shipping/FAQ


Although we want you to love the items you get we understand sometimes things just don't work! 

*Please read our entire return policy before returning your item.

*No returns, exchanges, or refunds on pre-orders. 

*If you wish to return an item we will gladly accept the return as long as the returned package is returned within 14 days of purchase date

*We will issue Store Credit ONLY if the return meets our full return policy criteria. 

*Open your package immediately. 

*No cash or credit card refunds are issued. 

*Original shipping charges are not refundable for store credit. 

*Excessive returns will not be accepted. 

*Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way, this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.

*If we receive a return that fails to comply with our return policy we must reject the return and no store credit will be issued. We will email you to inquire if you want your item back or you want us to donate. Buyer is responsible for the returned shipping expense and The Turquoise Tractor cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen package. 

*Buyer must insure accurate shipping address is listed on their order before submitting. Once the package is picked up by the carrier it is out of our control. 

*Any inquiries regarding status of a shipped package must be directed to the United States Postal Service. 

*A tracking number is provided for all packages. 

*We do not do exchanges, if you need a different size or a different item; please place a new order.

***All sales are FINAL FOR: 

Items in the "Sale" section, anything discounted 20% or more, hats, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, holiday items, buy one get one, purses, and undergarments are final and cannot be returned. Shoes returned using the shoebox as a shipping container are not permitted. Contest winnings are not exchangeable and have no cash store credit value. All elements of the return policy must be met with no exceptions. 

Orders can not be refunded/cancelled once paid. 

We understand that you can shop with many other boutiques, but we feel our customer service and attention to detail is what keeps our loyal customers wanting more. Thank you for understanding our return policy.

Ready to ship and in stock items will go out to you in 3-5 business days. We ship Monday-Friday in order received. Orders placed after 5 PM Friday are not processed until the following week. All packages are mailed out First Class. If you would like Priority Shipping, please select the option at checkout.(Please note this costs extra.) We do not guarantee ship times. When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order at 

Please note that Priority 2 Day Shipping may not always be there in 2 days. We do our best to get things out the next day but we cannot guarantee shipping time once it leaves our warehouse. 

ROUTE-Shipping Insurance has been added. This is an added insurance that you can choose to have or not, which will cover any lost or damaged packages when you purchase the insurance. It is entirely OPTIONAL, but please understand we will not be refunding or replacing orders that are damaged or lost by USPS. This option fully insures your order for an added $0.98 for order less than $100 or 1% of your cart value for amounts over $100. Route Insurance will repurchase items or fully refund your purchase within 24 hours of making a claim if your order was lost, damaged, or stolen.
